Welcome to the City of Santa Clara's Public Meeting Information Center. This site provides quick and easy online access to City Council and Authorities, Stadium Authority, Committees, Board and Commissions meeting agendas, minutes and video/audio recordings from March 2018 to present.
Santa Clara is a Charter City and has a seven-member City Council, currently Councilmembers are elected by Council District and the Mayor is elected at-large.
City Council meetings are generally held twice a month on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm and Stadium Authority Meetings are held monthly at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers located in City Hall at 1500 Warburton Ave. Meetings are live-streamed via the City's Facebook and YouTube channels and on the City's website, as well as broadcast on the City's Local Government Access Channel. Public participation and input is encouraged. In an attempt to provide a draft schedule of upcoming policy issues, a Tentative Meeting Agenda Calendar (TMAC) is available for review. However, please note that the items listed on the TMAC change frequently and are not absolute dates for consideration. To view the current edition, please visit the TMAC webpage at www.santaclaraca.gov/TMAC. The TMAC will be published twice a month on this city webpage. Again, we encourage members of the public to subscribe to eNotify to receive alerts when the final agendas have been published to the website.

SEARCH
Simple Search of Agenda Items:
Agenda items may be searched by the following criteria:
- Keyword
- Date
- Meeting Body
- Action
- File ID Number
Advanced Search of Agenda Items:
An advanced search of agenda items, including selecting multiple different parameters, is available in addition to the simple search. This search option is most useful when you are looking for an agenda item with specific search criteria, such as between date ranges or with operators. To learn more about search tips, select the Help option within the search menu.

MEETING CALENDAR
View meeting agendas, minutes and recordings for Council and Authorities, Stadium Authority and Boards/Commissions. The Meetings tab has two views: List View and Calendar View. List View displays the meetings in the specified date range in list form. Calendar View displays them in calendar form.
Video and Audio Recordings
The Council and Authorities, Stadium Authority and Planning Commission are all live-streamed on the City's website and City's Facebook and Youtube accounts. Closed Captioning transcripts are available for each video recorded meeting as Caption Notes on the Calendar tab.
Beginning in early summer 2018, Board/Commission meetings will be audio recorded and available online. Please note that at this time, Board/Commission meetings are not video recorded.
COUNCIL AND AUTHORITIES
Browse City Council meeting information by selecting the Council and Authorities tab. Use the Body Name drop-down menu to select City Council.

Browse Stadium Authority meeting information by selecting the Council and Authorities tab. Use the Body Name drop-down menu to select and Stadium Authority.

BOARD AND COMMISSIONS
Browse Board, Commission and Committee information by selecting the Board and Commission tab. Use the Body Name drop-down menu to select a legislative body to view meeting dates, details, agendas, minutes and audio recording information.
