BACKGROUND

The City Manager’s Office (CMO) recently revised CMO assignments and departmental functional oversight, which resulted in a change to the Library’s reporting structure from Assistant City Manager Nadine Nader, to Assistant City Manager Cynthia Bojorquez.  In addition to the Community Trail and Community Engagement Projects, Ms. Bojorquez manages three city departments: Library, Parks and Recreation, and Information Technology. 

DISCUSSION

Cynthia Bojorquez, Assistant City Manager, will be introduced to the Board.

Public contact was made by posting the Board agenda on the City’s official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall Council Chambers. A complete agenda packet is available on the City’s website and in the City Clerk’s Office at least 72 hours prior to a Regular Meeting and 24 hours prior to a Special Meeting.
