DISCUSSION
On August 24, 2021, the Stadium Manager sent an updated request for the following:
1. Approval of a budget amendment to the Stadium Authority FY 2021/22 CapEx budget for up to $250,000 for interim repairs of four Levi’s signage;
2. Approval of an amendment to an existing agreement with Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc. (Bear Electrical) for electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair services to cover the cost of the interim repairs; and
3. Expedite any necessary permits to facilitate the work as soon as possible.
The Stadium Manager’s request is attached and will be discussed as part of the Stadium Authority’s corresponding agenda report (RTC #21-1204).
