* The site includes an existing 2,035 square-feet one-story single-family residence consisting of three-bedrooms, one bathroom with a 610 square foot detached garage / workshop attached to a 650 square foot detached Accessory Dwelling Unit in the rear yard.
* Per the Santa Clara City Code 18.120.020(D)(1), the request requires Architectural Review approval through a Development Review Hearing due to the demolition of an existing single-family residence and construction of a two-story residence.
* The project proposes the construction of a 3,778 square feet two story single-family residence with 469 square feet attached garage after the demolition of the existing single-family residence on the lot.
