DISCUSSION
At the August 21, 2024, Planning Commission meeting, the applicant requested a continuance of this item to the September 11, 2024, Commission meeting to allow additional time for research and review of comments received during testimony. Since wireless telecommunications facility requests are subject to time limits specified by the Federal Communications Commission, a tolling agreement between the City and the applicant will ensure that the request is processed within the time limits permitted.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
No environmental determination is necessary for a continuance.
