Santa Clara Station Area Task Force Review of the Complete Draft Specific Plan

BACKGROUND
The Station Area Task Force (SATF) last met on September 17, 2026 to review two chapters of the draft Specific Plan, Chapter 2: Vision and Goals and Chapter 3: Land Use. The complete draft Specific Plan is now ready for review.
The SATF’s comments on Chapters 2 and 3 have not yet been incorporated into the draft Specific Plan and will be addressed as part of the ongoing revision process.
DISCUSSION
The purpose of the October SATF meeting is to review and discuss the following Specific Plan chapters:
- Chapter 1: Introduction
- Chapter 4: Mobility
- Chapter 5: Parks and Open Spaces
- Chapter 6: Utilities
- Chapter 7: Implementation
WRT will provide an overview of each chapter and facilitate discussion with the SATF.
Feedback received during this meeting, along with comments received from the public at the open house, will inform the next round of revisions to the Specific Plan.
