BACKGROUND

The Public Hearing item, Action on the Multimodal Improvement Plan and a Resolution Approving the Multimodal Improvement Plan and the new Multimodal Improvement Plan Traffic Impact Fee was originally scheduled for hearing on July 10, 2018, but will not be considered for action on that day.  The item was noticed and scheduled to run in the Santa Clara Weekly publication on June 20, 2018 and June 27, 2018 for the July 10, 2018 Council agenda.

 

DISCUSSION

Staff is requesting that the Council continue this item to a future Council meeting after proper notice and publication of hearing.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW

This is a procedural item only and no action is being taken by the City Council; no environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) is required.

 

PUBLIC CONTACT

Public contact was made by posting the Council agenda on the City’s official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall Council Chambers. A complete agenda packet is available on the City’s website and in the City Clerk’s Office at least 72 hours prior to a Regular Meeting and 24 hours prior to a Special Meeting. Recommendation

Continue the Item - Action on the Multimodal Improvement Plan and a Resolution Approving the Multimodal Improvement Plan and the new Multimodal Improvement Plan Traffic Impact Fee - to a future Council meeting after proper notice and publication of hearing.
