Executive Summary:
Related Santa Clara, LLC, the applicant, is proposing to modify a portion of the already approved 2016 City Council Planned Development - Master Community (PD-MC) for the Related Santa Clara project, a 240-acre mixed-use development project located directly across from Levi's Stadium. The project is a public-private partnership intended to develop as several land uses including a vibrant urban district, a mix of office, retail, residential, hotel, entertainment uses, office campus, along with substantial public open space on City-owned property that includes the site of a former landfill.
