Retroactive Vote to Expend Funds for Planning Commission Items

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
At the February 24, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting Commissioners discussed the following items:
1. Expend funds for the purchase of an iPad Stylus for Chair Saleme with a cost of approximately $150 (not including taxes and shipping).
2. Expend funds for Commissioners Saleme, Huang, Biagini and Herro to attend League of California Cities Planning Commissioners Virtual Academy taking place March 25, 26, 31 and April 1 at a cost of $250 per Commissioner with a total amount not to exceed $1,000 for four Commissioners attendance at the Academy.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds would be expended from the Planning Commission Budget. The remaining balance on the budget is $12,763.86.

Public contact was made by posting the Council agenda on the City’s official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall Council Chambers.
