Action on Final Map for Tract No. 10453 at 967 Warburton Avenue

BACKGROUND
On June 6, 2017, the City Council approved the project located at 967 Warburton Avenue to allow the construction of four new single family detached residential units and one existing single family detached residential unit (Agenda Item 18.C). A Final Map for Tract No. 10453 is required to be filed by the Owner as part of the Project.
DISCUSSION
The Final Map for Tract No. 10453 divides one parcel into six lots (five private lots and one common lot as a private street). The Final Map has been reviewed by staff and meets the Tentative Map requirements. The Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&R's) have been reviewed and approved by the Community Development Department and the City Attorney's Office.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
The Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared for the Project and was approved by Council on June 6, 2017.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no additional cost to the City other than staff time and expense.
COORDINATION
This report has been coordinated with the Community Development Department and City Attorney's Office.
