Santa Clara Station Area Task Force Review of the Land Use Plan and Design Guidelines

BACKGROUND

The Station Area Task Force (SATF) last met on November 20, 2025. Since that meeting, the City Council held a study session on January 13, 2026, to review the Preferred Land Use Plan. In addition, WRT (consultant) has continued refining the land use plan and has begun preparing draft design guidelines.

 

DISCUSSION

WRT will present updates to the land use plan, along with draft design guidelines related to building mass and frontage design.
