Action on Final Map for Tract No. 10445 at 917 Warburton Avenue

BACKGROUND
On February 21, 2017, the City Council approved the project located 917 Warburton Avenue to allow the construction of six new single family detached residential units (Agenda Item 16.B). A Final Map for Tract No. 10445 is required to be filed by the Owner as part of the Project.
DISCUSSION
The Final Map for Tract No. 10445 divides one parcel into seven lots (six private lots and one common lot as a private street). The Final Map has been reviewed by staff and meets the Tentative Map requirements. The Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&R's) have been reviewed and approved by the Community Development Department and the City Attorney's Office.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
The Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for the Project was approved by Council on February 21, 2017.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no additional cost to the City other than staff time and expense.
COORDINATION
This report has been coordinated with the Community Development Department and City Attorney's Office.
