Acceptance of the Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) Forum Environmental Protection Trust Grant Fund, in the amount of $25,000, for the implementation and administration of the Laserfiche Centralized Records Management Program in the City; authorization for the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents related to the grant; and approval of estimated revenue from the CUPA Forum Environmental Protection Trust Fund in Fire Department Operating Grant Fund and appropriations of $25,000 to Fire Department Operating Grant Fund expenditure account.
