Award of Public Works Contract for the 2017 Pavement Resurfacing Project (CE 16-17-08) to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Granite Construction Company, in the amount of $4,831,650.60 and authorization to execute change orders up to approximately 10% of the original contract price for a total not-to-exceed amount of $5,314,800 and approval of an appropriation in the amount of $2,625,000 of Unallocated Gas Tax monies to cover the cost.
