BACKGROUND
On November 29, 2023, VCI Companies submitted a proposal for the subject property. The request includes the rezoning from R2 - Low Density Residential to PD - Planned Development, the demolition of an existing single-family residence, the construction of eight semi-attached two-story homes, and a tentative subdivision map to create eight individual lots and one common lot.
