BACKGROUND
Parks & Recreation Commissioners frequently visit parks and pools, as well as attend and participate in special events. Commissioners expressed the need to have a form to ensure guidance on providing feedback to the Parks & Recreation Commission (Commission) about their respective park, pool visits, and special event attendance. A subcommittee of the Commission suggested that having a standard form would provide the Commission with a straight-forward methodology to compare and evaluate onsite visits and special events. The purpose of this item is to provide the full Commission to review and comment on the proposed forms.
DISCUSSION
At the Regular meeting on March 19, 2024, the Commission will review draft visitation forms (Attachments 1, 2, and 3) for Commissioners to evaluate events, parks, and pools during their periodic visits. After reviewing the draft forms and providing input, the Commission will consider approving the visitation forms.
