DISCUSSION
The Committee is working towards finalizing all proposed changes to the Charter for recommendation to the City Council in connection with the “Charter Project.” In order to facilitate the completion of this process, staff will present to the Committee on the following subjects: (1) Process for Creating and Contents of the Committee’s Final Report and Recommendation to the City Council for the Charter Project; and
(2) Possible Need for and Action on Scheduling One or More Additional Committee Meetings to Complete the Charter Project Work Plan
