Approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement with RTKL Associates Inc., increasing the funding by $102,057 for a total not to exceed $896,854, to prepare the Lawrence Station Area Plan and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and approval to transfer $102,057 from the Building Inspection Reserves account and appropriate to the Lawrence Station Area Plan project.
