Deliver and Enhance High Quality Efficient Services and Infrastructure

The Water & Sewer Utilities Department (Department) uses a proprietary Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system from HSQ Technology (HSQ) to control and monitor the City's water, sewer, and storm drain infrastructure. The system, installed in the 1990s, consists of software, servers, workstations, and field instruments and equipment that collect data from remote sites.

The purpose of this report is to request authorization to enter into a new agreement with HSQ to complete the work outlined in HSQ's proposal.
