BACKGROUND
On October 4, 2024, Thuy Hoa Nguyen ("Owner" and "Applicant") filed an application for a Variance to permit a six-foot wrought iron fence that was erected without benefit of a permit or zoning approval within the required 10-foot street side setback and 20-foot front setback.

A publicly noticed Planning Commission Hearing was held on December 4, 2024, to consider the proposed Variance where staff requested a continuance to the January 15, 2025, Planning Commission hearing because staff was not able to confirm attendance of the applicant. At the January 15, 2025, meeting, a further continuance was requested to accommodate the applicant's inability to attend the meeting. The item was continued to date uncertain.
