BACKGROUND
Minutes have been updated to reflect when the identified outside agency presenters departed from the meeting. This occurred at 6:05 PM. The meeting continued after that for further presentations from staff and questions/discussions among Council/Boardmembers. The City Attorney has confirmed that his notes indicate a 6:30 PM adjournment.
