Informational Joint Dinner Meeting with the Historical and Landmarks Commission

BACKGROUND
In an effort to increase communication between City Council and City Board, Committees and Commissions, on July 19, 2016, the City Council approved publicly noticed joint dinner meetings.
As a continued commitment to the open communication, on August 29, 2017, the City Council approved the 2017-18 calendar for publicly noticed joint dinner meetings.
DISCUSSION
The Historical and Landmarks Commission will provide the City Council with an update on current activities and potential future projects.
PUBLIC CONTACT
Public contact was made by posting the Council agenda on the City’s official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall Council Chambers. A complete agenda packet is available on the City’s website and in the City Clerk’s Office beginning the Thursday evening before the Tuesday meeting.
