BACKGROUND
The Public Hearing item, Action on a Resolution Approving the Findings from the Traffic Impact Fee Report and Setting the Rates for the Traffic Impact Fee, and Action on an Ordinance Making Corresponding Revisions to SCCC Section 17.15.330, was originally scheduled for hearing on July 10, 2018, but will not considered for action on that day. The item was noticed and scheduled to run in the Santa Clara Weekly publication on June 20, 2018 and June 27, 2018 for the July 10, 2018 Council agenda.
DISCUSSION
Staff is requesting that the Council open the public hearing and then immediately continue this item to the July 17, 2018 City Council meeting due to the number of general business/public hearing items on the July 10, 2018 Council agenda.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
This is a procedural item only and no action is being taken by the City Council; no environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") is required.
