Authorization to sign Cal OES Form 130 "Designation of Applicant's Agent Resolution for Non-State Agencies" granting authority to the City Manager, Fire Chief and Director of Finance to execute documents and perform such other acts as are necessary on behalf of the City with respect to matters relating to the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for disaster recovery funds.
