BACKGROUND
At the May 25, 2021 City Council hearing, the City Council authorized the City Manager to execute and amend the agreement with Wallace Roberts & Todd, LLC (WRT) to provide added Downtown Precise Plan Consultant Services, including the preparation of a form-based zoning code for the Plan area to be adopted as a part of the City’s Municipal Code.
DISCUSSION
The WRT team will work collaboratively with the Downtown Community Task Force (DCTF) and City staff to refine and confirm the vision for the Downtown Precise Plan Area (Plan Area); as it relates to street types, public space types, building massing schemes, frontage types, and parking configurations.
PUBLIC CONTACT
Public contact was made by posting the agenda on the City’s official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall Council Chambers, as well as posting on the Downtown Precise Plan website. A complete agenda packet is available on the City’s website and in the City Clerk’s Office at least 72 hours prior to a Regular Meeting and 24 hours prior to a Special Meeting.
