Request: Architectural Review of the new construction of a 1,922 square foot 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom two-story residence with a new 433 square-foot attached two-car garage. This lot was created through an SB9 lot split.

Points for Consideration
? This is an empty lot created through an SB9 Lot Split per File No. PLN22-00324.
? The proposed residence is a 1,922 square-foot 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom two-story residence.
? The materials of the proposed residence will consist of composition shingle roofing and stucco siding.
? The second story provides the minimum step backs outlined in the Single-Family Residential Design Guidelines with a front step back of 5 feet and a step back of 3 feet from both sides and the rear of the first story walls.
? A neighborhood notice was distributed within a 300-foot radius of the subject site for this project review.
