? The project includes a 477 square-foot first floor addition and a 1,686 square-foot second floor addition to the existing one-story residence, resulting in a 3,896 square-foot two-story residence with 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms.
? The proposed addition to the residence will consist of new metal roofing and composite timber siding and a light cream and light grey paint finish.
? The second story addition provides a front step back of more than 10 feet and a right-side step back of more than 5 feet from the first sto ry wall. The second story rear step back is more than 3 feet from the pergola. The second story addition is flush with the first story wall on the left side. However, the applicants have minimized the number of windows and are using frosted and obscure glass to lessen any privacy impacts to the adjacent neighbors.
