Points for Consideration
* The project was continued from the May 10, 2023 Development Review Hearing to reconfigure second-floor layout to be consistent with the City's Design Guidelines and orient bedroom egress windows towards the rear and front yard.
* Following the hearing, the applicants reconfigured the bedroom floor plans on the second floor to orient larger windows to the rear (west elevation). Windows are limited on the interior side fa?ade (north elevation) and are frosted to maintain privacy.
